MONTCLAIR, NJ — A pair of men stole a delivery worker’s car in Montclair last week, then drove the wrong direction on a one-way street as they made their getaway, authorities say.

According to the Montclair Police Department, the victim told officers the theft took place on Saturday as he was making food deliveries on Bloomfield Avenue.

The victim said he left his car, a 2010 Toyota Camry, running and unattended. When he returned, he saw two men enter the vehicle and flee west on Bloomfield Avenue. The car made an illegal right turn onto Glenridge Avenue, then continued down the wrong way of the one-way portion towards Forest Street.
