2 Stolen Vehicles In Montclair, Including Rental Car: Police
Here's where the latest car thefts took place in Montclair, authorities say.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — Two stolen vehicles were reported in Montclair last week, including the theft of a rental car.
The Montclair Police Department released the following statements about each theft.
May 5 (Maple Avenue) – “The victim reported that her 2009 Hyundai Sonata was stolen from her driveway. There was no surveillance located in the area.”

May 7 (Squire Hill Road) – “The residents reported that a Hertz rental car was stolen from their driveway. The vehicle was a 2020 Kia. It was recovered in Newark on May 8.”
