$40K Stolen From Montclair Resident’s Safe, Police Say
The cash was taken from a locked safe, a Montclair resident told police.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — A Montclair resident lost about $40,000 in cash during an apartment burglary last week, authorities said.
According to the Montclair Police Department, a Pine Street resident told officers the cash was taken from a locked safe inside his home on July 5.
Police are investigating the incident. No additional information was immediately available.
