Water Main Break In Montclair Will Impact Traffic Until Repairs Finish

MONTCLAIR, NJ — A water main break in Montclair is expected to impact traffic until repairs are made, the township announced Thursday.

According to a municipal advisory, the water bureau is responding to a water main break on Claremont Avenue between North Mountain and Upper Mountain avenues.

“The road will be closed until repairs are made and road restored,” the advisory said.

Anyone directly impacted by the water main break will be notified directly by a water bureau representative, the township said.
