Assault Charge At Montclair Business After ‘Disturbance’: Police

Montclair police arrested a Hudson County resident and charged her with aggravated assault after an incident at a business on Park Street.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair police arrested a Hudson County resident and charged her with aggravated assault after an incident at a business on Park Street last month, authorities said.

According to the Montclair Police Department, officers responded to a Park Street business on Sept. 29 after receiving a report of a physical disturbance. After conducting an on-scene investigation, officers arrested Kelty Desrouilleres, 28, of West New York.

Authorities charged Desrouilleres with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
