Lace up your sneakers and join us at Liberty State Park for the 4th Annual Salute to Our Veterans 5K Run/Walk, hosted by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newark.
This is more than a race—it’s a powerful show of support for the veterans in our community who are facing housing insecurity. Funds raised will directly benefit veterans at risk of homelessness in Hudson, Essex, and Union counties, helping provide access to safe, stable housing and critical home repairs.
Whether you’re running, walking, cheering, or volunteering, every step makes a difference. This family-friendly event is a chance to honor those who’ve served our country while giving back in a meaningful way—surrounded by breathtaking views of the NYC skyline and the Statue of Liberty.
