
Nidra Nights invites you to let go, release and immerse yourself in deep relaxation.
In this monthly offering, you'll practice a 40-45 minute Yoga Nidra guided meditation, known for delivering the restorative effects of deep rest - similar to 3 hours of sleep - while your mind stays consciously engaged.
Every session will offer a unique combination of elements, which may include gentle movement, journaling, personal affirmation work, or other practices to help ground and center you. Each class provides a different way to experience rest and renewal, offering a chance to pause and recharge in a meaningful way.
