MEN'S CIRCLE ~ Mindful Masculinity ~ Exploring Conscious Brotherhood

A bi-weekly gathering for men to explore conscious masculinity and supportive brotherhood.

Through open dialogue, mindfulness, and somatic practices, we quiet the mind and drop into a safe space where we can deepen our connection to ourselves and each other.

The meetings are hosted by mindfulness coach, teacher, and dad, Leo A. Sante and special guests.

We start by sharing our wins and challenges, honoring each voice without judgment or advice.

Then we dive into practices like drumming, meditation, and music to help us release stress, shift perspectives, and cultivate awareness and resilience.

Together, we explore themes of trust, vulnerability, family, rest, intimacy, and presence — discovering new ways to move through the world as men.
