Tuesday nights are groovy nights at the Space! We put on some good tunes, bring our favorite art materials and get into that ‘wonderful state’. A different nude model poses each week, serving as our muse in our pursuit of creative expression. Through the process of observation and mark making we challenge how we see, and what we want to say.
We observe the nuances of the impermanent human form, its moods, character, and light, and try our best to capture something in the moment that tells a story. All skill levels are welcome. We have even had poets drop in and compose verses to the vibe in the room.

People under 18 should be accompanied by an adult. Easels, tables and chairs are provided.
Materials such as charcoal, graphite, ink, pastels and paints are welcome, and basic drawing supplies can be provided upon request. No formal instruction is provided, but the space offers opportunities for peer feedback and self-guided practice.
