Together, we'll explore a balanced practice of grounding and heart-opening poses designed to cultivate compassion, resilience, and a sense of possibility. This all-levels class offers space to move, breathe, and connect in a way that feels authentic to you.
All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Out Montclair, an organization dedicated to building community and advancing support, visibility, and belonging for LGBTQIA+ individuals and families in Montclair and beyond.
