Learn to make Layali Loubnan (a dessert with a dairy-semolina base topped with whipped cream and chopped pistachio and flavored with lemon and orange blossom),and Moujadara (a dish incorporating black lentils, bulgur wheat and pine nuts, garnished with cilantro).
