Family yoga is such a beautiful way to come together, slow down, and truly connect. This class is designed for all levels, so whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, everyone can move at their own pace and feel supported. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and a little bit of playful energy, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and release stress as a family. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about sharing the experience, laughing, and creating meaningful moments together. Walking out, you’ll feel more grounded, more connected, and just a little lighter as a family unit.
Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
Suggested age: 5 and up. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Fee: $20/family for members; $25/family for general public
