Chinese Brush Painting for the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival - Talk and Workshop

Join folk artist Jane Chang for a celebration of the Chinese Mid-Autumn Moon Festival! We will begin a talk about the meaning of the holiday with a simultaneous brush painting demonstration. Participants will also enjoy a hands-on workshop on brush-painting chrysanthemums, a classic symbol of fall in China. Event co-sponsor, The Folklife Center of Northern NJ, will provide traditional mooncake cookies and chrysanthemum tea for participants to sample.  

This is a paid Adult School class. Registration is required.
