Studio Montclair Presents: Rank the Desserts

Montclair, NJ (October, 2026) – Studio Montclair (SMI) presents “Rank the Dessert,” a non-partisan event to explain ranked-choice voting and how it works in the election process. We’ve heard the term and perhaps watched New York City use the process in its most recent mayoral primary race. For this evening event, we will be guided through the concept and the process by Voter Choice New Jersey.

After the presentation, we will sample some tasty desserts and vote for our favorite using the ranked-choice method, witnessing how the votes are counted in real time.

Admission is free, but please RSVP to Voter Choice New Jersey: VCNJ.ORG/EVENTS.
