Car Flips On Montclair Road: Icy Conditions May Have Caused Crash, Police Say
A single-car accident temporarily shut down Edgecliff Road in Montclair on Tuesday morning.
Montclair, NJ – Icy road conditions may have contributed to a single-vehicle accident that left a car overturned and temporarily shut down Edgecliff Road in Montclair on Tuesday morning, authorities said.
A Montclair police spokesman told Patch that the accident took place around 6:55 a.m. and that the driver, a 45-year-old West Orange man, wasn’t injured.
The road was blocked off for about 30 minutes before being reopened, police added.
