Cash Stolen, Door Forced Open During Montclair Home Burglary: Police
An apartment on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair was burglarized, authorities said.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — An apartment on Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair was burglarized last weekend, authorities announced Tuesday.
According to the Montclair Police Department, the victim reported that the burglary took place between 3 and 11 p.m. on Saturday.
“The suspects gained entry by removing a small glass window pane by the front door to access the building,” police said. “Once inside, they forced the apartment door open.”

An envelope containing a “few hundred dollars” in cash was missing from the apartment, police said.
