On the morning of Sept. 20, at Montclair State University, a panel of national experts on crowdfunding will discuss the myriad issues related to the JOBS Act as numerous organizations begin to shift their business models to take advantage of crowdfunding opportunities. This seminar will help you and your business stay abreast of the financing force that is crowdfunding. If you are a professional services provider, the event will help you navigate the crowdfunding area for your clients. Speakers: Zak Cassady-Dorion, Crowdfund Capital Advisors partner; Kim Wales, Wales Capital founder and CFIRA board member; Jonathan Sandlund, www.thecrowdcafe.com founder; Douglas Ellenoff, Ellenoff Grossman & Schole member; Daryl Bryant, StartupValley founder.
