Damage To Glass Door, Pane At Montclair Businesses: Police
Montclair PD: A suspect smashed the glass door of a restaurant on Orange Road. A local tattoo shop also saw damage.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — A pair of Montclair businesses recently reported damage to their buildings, authorities said.
According to the Montclair Police Department, the following incidents were reported in the township.
Feb. 20 (Orange Road) – Shortly after midnight, police responded to the South End Food Grill on a report of a “glass break” alarm. Upon arrival, police determined that the front glass on the entrance door had been smashed, but it did not appear that the suspect made entry to the establishment. Footage revealed that the suspect was approximately 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet with a slim build. He was last seen wearing light-colored sweat pants, a light-colored hooded shirt and a light-colored jacket.

Feb. 22 (Bloomfield Avenue) – An employee of Power House Tattoo reported that the front glass pane to the establishment was damaged, possibly by a block of wood.
