Donna Bonavita Wins 8 NJAD Club Awards

Montclair resident, Donna Bonavita, principal of Bonavita Design LLC, collected 8 awards at the 49th Annual Jersey Awards Statewide Competition. The awards dinner was held at The Grove, Cedar Grove, NJ on June 7, 2017.

Donna won several 1st and 2nd place awards as well as Certificates of Excellence for brand identity work created for The Pearson Institute for the Study and Resolution of Global Conflicts (The University of Chicago); and Unimac, you imagine it, we support it.

Bonavita, the recipient of hundreds of national and international design awards,
was also the designer for First Night Montclair’s gold award-winning
promotional marketing material.

Donna additionally developed the brand for the Global Benefactor of the Nobel
Peace Center and Nobel Peace Prize Concert, Oslo, Norway—The Pearson
Family Members Fund. As Global Creative Director for KPMG, she was
responsible for setting and maintaining standards for KPMG’s
Identity which spanned over 143 countries.

Donna has written and designed a children’s book illustrated by Henrik
Dresher; taught and lectured at various academic institutions/events,
inclusive of Montclair State University; served as a judge for national
and tri-state design competitions; served on the Board of Directors’ for
the NJ Art Directors’ Club; and has a piece in the permanent collection
of the Cooper-Hewitt Design Museum in New York City.
