Drive-By Slapping Near Cold Stone Creamery In Montclair: Police
A man on a one-wheel electric board slapped a juvenile in the face and rode away. The assault was "unprovoked," Montclair police said.

MONTCLAIR, NJ — A drive-by slapping involving a man on a one-wheel vehicle and three juveniles took place in Montclair last week, authorities reported Tuesday.
According to the Montclair Police Department, the assault took place on June 15 on Bellevue Avenue as three juveniles were sitting and eating ice cream in the outdoor area on the sidewalk in front of Cold Stone Creamery.
A man on a one-wheel electric board rode past them and slapped one of the youths in the face – which was “unprovoked,” the juveniles told police.

The juveniles said the man was tall and wearing black leggings with black shorts over them, and a black long-sleeve shirt.
None of the youths knew who the man was, police said.
