Some features of the new app include election results, poll worker info, polling locations and voter registration.

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — The Essex County Clerk’s Office is launching a new phone app for local voters ahead of the 2024 presidential election, officials announced Monday.

The app – “Essex Votes” – will be available for Apple and Android devices via the Apple App or Google Play stores. It is intended to serve as a “one-stop hub” for election-related information, which county officials hope will increase voter engagement.

Essex County Clerk Christopher Durkin said the new app – which will have support in multiple languages – is a significant step forward for both accessibility and convenience.
