In Essex County: Winning Jersey Cash 5 Lottery Ticket Sold, $286K Jackpot

One Essex County ticket matched all five numbers for the Jersey Cash 5 game drawn on Sunday, Feb. 21, winning the $286,554 jackpot.
The ticket was purchased at Krauszer’s, 18 South Valley Road in West Orange, lottery officials announced.
The ticket was the only one sold for Sunday’s drawing that matched all five numbers drawn, officials stated.

The winning numbers were: 05, 17, 18, 29 and 35.
For selling the ticket, the retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000, officials stated.

According to the NJ Lottery, 2,891 other players won $75,730 in cash prizes in the Sunday drawing. For correctly picking four numbers, 78 players won cash prizes of $466 each, and for correctly matching three numbers, 2,813 players won $14 each.
