Ayurvedic Principles for Everyday Living: An Introduction to Ayurveda w. Ivy

Ayurveda translates to the 'science of life'. This workshop will cover the basic principles of Ayurveda, explaining the three Ayurvedic energies:
Vata (air), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (earth).  

We will explore:
Individual Ayurvedic Constitutions
(what combination of the elements each person has been born with)
Dinacharya
(simple ways to stay balanced thru daily routines/rituals)
Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy
(asanas, pranayamas, mantras that balance the 'doshas')

Ivy will help you to take the mystery out of Ayurveda, so that you can flow with nature, feel better, more centered and clear minded!
