COPE Center Inc. is sponsoring Montclair’s 28th Annual Kentucky Derby Day party on Saturday, May 5th, 2012, at the Women’s Club of Upper Montclair, 200 Cooper Ave., Upper Montclair. Festivities commence at 5:00pm. Race post time is 6:24pm. This long-cherished community event was founded by Montclair resident and Kentucky native, John Helm.
