Core Strength Workshop w/ Andrea Evans
Sunday February 26th, 1 – 3 pm $35
Experience a 2 hour workshop that is designed to strengthen the core muscles (the sixpack) and the internal & external obliques (the sidewaists).
There will be a strong focus on the Manipura Chakra, which is considered the center of dynamism, energy, willpower and achievement.
Workshop will include:
STRENGTHEN: 30-minute intense sequence to build core strength in fun and unique ways from every angle -- the back, belly, sides and forearms.
STABILIZE: 45-minute power vinyasa sequence focusing on stabilizing with the core in transitions, standing poses, balances, inversions and backbends.
STRETCH: 20-minute deep stretching cool-down.
RELAXATION & MEDITATION: 10-minute well deserved deep relaxation followed by a 5-minute guided meditation.
