On May 5, 2012 from 9:00 am to 3:00pm, GreenFaith – an interfaith environmental coalition – and AP Solar will offer a Solar Screening Event at St. Luke’s.
This event offers homeowners the chance to be screened for a zero-cost solar installation that would provide them with discounted electricity. “We’re excited to host this event and invite all members of the community to join us to see if thie roof is suitable for solar,” said (Name of Ordained Leader).
At the Screening Event, there will be a monitor set up enabling interested homeowners to have their home screened via satellite photos to see if their roof appears to be suitable for solar. “It’s an enjoyable, interesting way to learn about solar power,” said Rev. Fletcher Harper, GreenFaith’s Executive Director. “We’re eager to work with faith-based sites around New Jersey to identify homeowners whose home qualifies for this great opportunity.”
