Come in for a free Speed Weight Training session on August
11, 2012, between 12:00 & 4:00pm. Speed Weight Training is a technique used to obtain your cardio through your weight training routine. It is a fast moving, no rest workout that can be used by beginners up to advance weight trainers. We will also demonstrate our five minute abs workout. It’s a series of exercises that will give you the six pack of your dreams. This intense abdominal workout was design to be done at home while watching TV.
