Celebrity Dancer teaches Fitness Class in Upper Montclair
December 5, 2011 – 604 Valley Road - Two Days Only, Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Upper Montclair welcomes TV Dance Celebrity Louis Van Amstel. Louis will be coaching at the Upper Montclair Studio on Monday December 5 and Tuesday December 6 and introducing his own fitness program LaBlast.

A 12-Time World Champion, Louis was Emmy nominated for his work on FOX-TV's SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE, and has appeared 9-seasons on ABC-TV's hit show DANCING WITH THE STARS. Louis comes to Montclair to teach his LaBlast, a Cardio-Fitness class with a solid foundation in Latin-Ballroom dance steps.

LaBlast is a heart-pumping, calorie burning dance party designed for the raw-beginner to practice their dance steps alone. No partner or experience is needed. Louis designed his fitness class for stars like Lisa Rinna and Kelly Osbourne, his partners on DWTS, to help them get fit and learn their basic, fundamental Latin dance steps.
