Introducing Mythic West, a band with earthy, original, downtown sounds based on African, Caribbean, Latin and folkloric rhythms. Members of Mythic West have appeared with such artists as Sikiru Adepoju, Rashied Ali, Sonny Fortune, Eddie Henderson, Frank Lacy, Frank London, Pedrito Martinez, Baba Olatunji, Josh Roseman, Merl Saunders, and opened for such artists as B.B King, The Neville Brothers, Dr. John, Billy Cobham, and many others.
