Peace Camp is for students entering Kindergarten thru 8th grade. campers are grouped by age and attend 4 workshops daily in music, drama, movement, and art. There is also a healthy snack and time outdoors.On our final day each group will give a short presentation followed by a family picnic.
Students will create a garden inside our meeting space, make drums from flower pots, practice movement and expression, sing Peace Songs, learn that when we grow peace inside ourselves it spreads to the world outside.
Youth 6th-8th grade have a slightly longer day till 2:00 PM. They will work with CUMAC and do other service projects.
