Pisco Music Program Benefit Concert

“ A Night of Spanish Music.  Featuring music from Argentina to Spain, classical to Afro-Peruvian.”

Proceeds will go toward Notes for Change, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides free music instruction to underserved children in Pisco, Peru. 

Notes for Change, Inc. successfully implemented a four-week long after school music program in Pisco in July 2011 and will run the program again this summer.  Children will meet daily after school and learn guitar, recorder, percussion, and choir taught by local teachers and music educators from the US. 

Funds raised will go toward operating costs of the summer music program, including the purchase of guitars, classroom space rental, travel expenses for volunteer teachers, and curriculum & teaching supplies.
