
A workshop to make you SWEAT, BURN calories & MOVE your body! Students will start their practice with 20 minutes of Power Yoga taught by Erin Barry. They will then continue their journey with an hour of high energy cardio-style and professionally inspired choreography taught by Angel Williams, a well known Hip Hip Dance instructor. Then students will end with a deep stretching Yoga cool down. Through Angel and Erin's instruction you will gain strength, flexibility and coordination as well as experience a transformation and evolution in your body, mind and spirit. No previous dance or yoga experience required. Bring sneakers to wear in class.
