The Teen Class at Lotus Yoga is for kids ages 11-17.
Classes emphasize stress reducing yoga postures and class discussions on how the yoga practices can be applied to our daily lives.
Yoga is especially helpful for teenagers in the following ways: helps create a strong and flexible body and mind, helps to create a sense of self acceptance and inner peace, helps get you through life’s "trouble spots", helps with focus and concentration, and enhances performance in sports and other extracurricular activities.
