Thursday Night Run (Fleet Feet) & pre-run Fitness talk by Dr. Davis

Join us at Fleet Feet for a brief pre-run 15 minute discussion on "Staying Fit while You Sit". Great for people who spend most of their day sitting down. 

Then take part in the weekly community run/walk/jog through Montclair (3-6 miles) from 6-7. We will be there when you return as well for refreshments and answer any post-run questions you may have.

Fleet Feet also offers Sunday Long Runs (6-8 1/2 miles) 7-9am
