
In Ayurveda we identify the fall with Vata energy. Vata energy, is comprised of the two elements, Air & Ether. Their qualities are light, dry, rough, mobile, and cool (much like te fall season!) These elements have no natural substance or weight to them, so when this energy becomes predominate in the fall season into the winter, it can increase the Vata energy within our own bodies and minds. This might leave us feeling ungrounded, anxious, and exhausted. Our skin may feel dry and our digestion slow, leaving our immune system low.
In our Vata balancing workshop we will learn how to combat these imbalances with a Yoga & Breathing Routine, Daily Rituals, and some Dietary suggestions.
