Yoga Nidra is a form of mediation that is guided so that you experience a deep state of rest/sleep in the body, but an alert state of awareness in the mind/consciousness.
This is a practice for anyone who is looking to achieve a deep state of rest as a means of stress reduction, to support a healthy immune system, to create and support healthy change in life, to set intentions and provide a fertile ground in which they can grow.
