International recording artist and Montclair resident, Zara Phillips, will be performing out on the plaza in front of the Bellevue Avenue Library, 185 Bellevue Avenue, Upper Montclair, from 6-8pm with members of her well-loved band (outdoors, weather permitting only). Come on by to support the Library! The concert is FREE but donations are welcome and proceeds from refreshments for sale will go to support the Bellevue Avenue Library!
