Father's Day Duo: Villalobos and Upstairs Team Up

Dad taught you lots of important life lessons, such as sharing and teamwork. 

So how perfect to mark Father’s Day at Upstairs in Upper Montclair, where Chef Chris Arturo is partnering with friend and fellow chef Adam Rose of the soon-to-open Villalobos.

Arturo and Rose have collaborated on a menu which showcases Upstairs’ New American fare while highlighting what diners can expect from Rose, who will be cooking with traditional Mexican ingredients and recipes using a modern technique.

Villalobos is expected to open this July at 6 South Fullerton Ave., in Montclair. The BYOB will serve house-made tortillas.
