Maybe it's time to drop what you're doing and shake things up. Here are five local exercise havens that are happy to help you with your goals. And they're offering some sweet deals that may motivate you even further.

Describing itself as a “studio with soul,” dFit is a full service gym with personal training, group classes, on-site parking and child-care.
Motivation:
For New Clients Only: The Elusive 6-Pack is a “try-out” offering of three 1-hour Personal Training Sessions and three Group Training Classes for $195 [a $339 retail value]
Exclusively for Teachers: FIT101. Beginning January 16, Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30: A 10-session after school program exclusively for local educators who want to get moving, get healthy and get fit in the New Year. This 5-week group training program will introduce you to a variety of d*FIT classes tailored to all fitness levels instructed by Team d* trainers. The rotating classes will progress as you progress...building your strength, keeping you interested and having fun along the way!

This studio offers spin classes and a variety of fitness classes as well as private training sessions. Free parking daily from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Motivation:
For January purchase the XFIT36 2in7Days for $25 ($12.50 a class), which entitles you to two XFIT36, classes in seven days. This includes all weekday and weekend XFIT36 classes.
XFIT36 is B.O.D. (Burn Of the Day) 36 minutes of muscle confusion preceded by a 6-minute warm up and followed by a 6-minute cool down. This hot new 50-minute class is offered six days a week by four different instructors and is changing bodies all over Montclair.
Also for January mix it up with Spin and Fitness and purchase 25 classes for $360. This is a New Year’s resolution that last well beyond the year. These classes are good for all classes any day, any time and never expire. Can be shared with spouses and children to get the entire family into shape.

These are hour-long classes designed to firm and sculpt your body. No experience necessary.
Motivation:
For New Clients Only: The studio is offering a New Client 30-day unlimited Special for $150 (a savings of $100) from now until the 13th.
They are also having a fitness challenge starting Jan 1 for 60 days in which each participant commits to coming three to five times per week and following their nutritionists food guidelines. They will measure everyone before and after and the person who followed all the guidelines, lost the most inches, and had the best "Bar Star" attitude wins a 30-day unlimited package and a free consultation with their nutritionist.

Montclair’s original Pilates studio, The Movement Place offers private and small-group sessions. A Pilates workout can be used for rehab from injury or to strengthen your core muscles to prevent injury. Says studio owner Karen Schoenberger, “we strengthen you from the inside out.”
