Free Divorce Seminar Offered In Montclair: June 9
The free seminar will help participants cope and prepare for a divorce, organizers say.

Montclair, NJ – Are you going through a divorce in Montclair?
On Thursday, June 9, family counselor and mental health expert Carolee Kallmann will host a free seminar about “how to keep your inner peace during and after the separation and/or divorce process,” according to a news release.
Kallmann will be joined by Sills Cummis & Gross family law attorneys Jan Bernstein, Jennifer Lazor and Erin Rantas.

According to a release, Kallmann will teach participants about mindfulness exercises that may help reduce stress, and the attorneys will discuss the divorce/separation process and provide tips that may result in a “smoother, less adversarial and more efficient process.”
A question and answer period will follow the presentations.

The free seminar is slated for 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Montclair Women’s Club, 82 Union Street.
