Free Outdoor Yoga in Montclair
Rough work week? Shed that stress and meet some friends.
Powerflow Yoga’s Free Summer Series will kick off on Friday, June 4, with free yoga classes in the Montclair Whole Foods parking lot at 701 Bloomfield Ave.
The hour-long classes will take place every Friday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., and will run until July 31.
All ages and levels are welcome. Participants should bring a mat.

YOGA IN THE GARDEN
Powerflow Yoga will also be hosting a free outdoor yoga class, set to live music, on Saturdays at Van Vleck House and Gardens, 21 Van Vleck St.

Classes will take place from 8 to 9 a.m. on Saturdays:

- July 25
