The principles covered are an eclectic mix of the latest scientific sports conditioning techniques and those used by Titlest Golf Performance Program, The C.H.E.K. Institute golf biomechanic course, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement program.

This workshop is a combination of lecture, demonstration and audience participation designed to educate the golfer on what a proper conditioning program should provide and how to remain injury free! It is NOT designed to replace physical therapy or any medical treatment.

The workshop covers physical conditioning only! There is no instruction on golf technique i.e. stance, grip, or swing. No mental or psychological aspects of the game are covered. You DO NOT need to bring golf clubs with you.
