Watchung Plaza is about to get a little greener.
A new business, Green Chop's, is coming soon according to a sign posted in the storefront of 47 Watchung Plaza in Montclair.
The concept is quick-service healthy food, according to the business's Facebook page. "Our main focus will be promoting organic-healthy food style."
The menu will feature soups, salads, coffee and tea, as well as vegetable and fruit juices.
Expect the doors to open in about two weeks.
