Horror Book Thriller

Scarecrow, Scarecrow is John Kaniecki's first horror book. His sequel Satan's Siren is just out.

Writing a book is quite an effort. It takes time and dedication. Getting it published is yet another challenge. Finally the book has to be sold. But one never knows exactly where the next Stephen King or H.P. Lovecraft will turn up.

Scarecrow, Scarecrow is John Kaniecki’s first horror novel. It deals with a young lady from Mercer County, Iowa named Anne McFry. Anne is on a Greyhound Bus with a one way ticket to New York City. She is pursuing her dream to become a professional singer. She is also fleeing a nightmare. Her hands were bloodied with the cruel and cold blooded murder of Wilbur Ferris. But Anne’s ride quickly goes awry. The image of the Scarecrow begins to haunt her. Can Anne solve the mystery of the Scarecrow before it is too late?

Satan’s Siren just recently published. It is the sequel to Scarecrow, Scarecrow.

John Kaniecki began his writing career as a poet. After getting published numerous magazines he got his first poetry book out called “Murmurings of a Mad Man”. Three other poetry books, “Poet To The Poor, Poems Of Hope For The Bottom One Percent, “A Day’s Weather”, and “Sunset Sonnets” followed. In addition to these two horror books John also has a book of science fiction stories called “Words Of The Future.”

John is a resident of Montclair, New Jersey. He is a full time caregiver for his wife and volunteers as a missionary at the Church of Christ in the south ward of Newark. In his spare time he writes with aspiring to be a professional writer.
