Ice Skating Available At Verona Park On Saturday Amid Cold Snap

Ice skating will be allowed at Verona Park on Jan. 22 due to a winter cold snap, Essex County officials said.

VERONA, NJ — Ice skating will be allowed at Verona Park from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22, Essex County officials announced.

According to county officials:

“Because of the cold temperatures, skating in Grover Cleveland Park [in Caldwell/Essex Fells] will be available [Friday], Jan. 21 from 3 to 8 p.m. Skating in Grover Cleveland Park and Verona Park will be available Saturday, Jan. 22 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.”
