Integrity House to Host 10th Annual Golf Classic at Canoe Brook Country Club on May 31

SUMMIT, NEW JERSEY — Integrity House, a nationally recognized substance abuse rehabilitation center with locations in Newark, Secaucus and Jersey City will host its 10th annual Golf Classic at Canoe Brook Country Club on Tuesday, May 31, 2016. The event will benefit Integrity House’s mission to provide treatment and services for those struggling with addiction through the renovation of our facilities in which clients depend on for recovery.

“The annual Golf Classic is one of the key fundraisers Integrity House holds to support our mission of providing treatment and services for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, and each year we are immeasurably grateful for the generosity and continuous support of the participants,” said Robert Budsock, CEO and President of Integrity House. “It is through events like the Golf Classic that we are able to raise the necessary funds to expand our services, allowing us to increase the population of those we serve, both to provide life-saving treatment to those who need it and to educate the public on the disease of addiction.”

Supporters of Integrity House, including business-owners, political figures, and community leaders, will be in attendance at the outing, along with many volunteers who donate their time to ensure a great day of golf and camaraderie. The event will commence at 10:30 a.m. with registration and driving range practice, followed by a BBQ lunch at 11:00 a.m. A putting contest will begin at 12:15 p.m. and the shotgun start will be at 12:30 p.m. Attendees will also enjoy a reception and silent auction followed by dinner and awards later that evening.

Canoe Brook Country Club is a private country club in Summit, New Jersey delivering the very best in golf, dining, sports and social engagement. Dating back to 1901, Canoe Brook was once a gathering location for George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, the Marquis de Lafayette and Baron Frederick von Steuben on several occasions during the Revolutionary War. Over the next 115 years, Canoe Brook evolved into a luxury country club, boasting two golf courses with 36-holes, and a newly renovated club house with a grand ballroom, guest rooms, dining rooms, and outdoor venues overlooking the North Course.
