It's all about Attention in Real Estate Today

Selling Real Estate in Northern New Jersey has not really changed much, but it has changed and what I mean by that, even if the internet did not exist we would still have to garner ways to get attention for our product or service. My brokerage Realty Executives Elite Homes just happens to sell homes and we create that attention using a Myriad of different forms of Communication these days.

They just happen to be Social media, like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and Tik Tok to name a few, It's all about Attention. Yes Attention! How many people are aware of your business, how many eye balls can you get on a product or service that your business offers. I did a brief podcast and you can listen to it here.

Attention is the most important item when selling a home in NJ, you need to create content and a story around not only the home, the town, the area to sell draw that once customer in that is going to make an offer on that home or piece of Real Estate, I tell my agents you should be producing daily 50-100 pieces of content per day and it's really not that hard to do.
