‘Keep Our Neighbors Warm’ Fundraiser Will Benefit Montclair Nonprofit
Montclair Emergency Services for Hope (MESH) will host an event at Just Jake's with live music, dinner and raffles.
MONTCLAIR, NJ — Montclair Emergency Services for Hope (MESH) will host an event with live music, dinner and raffles on Wednesday, Nov. 16 in an effort to “keep our neighbors warm.”
MESH, a local nonprofit that offers overnight respite shelter and meals to unhoused people and those experiencing homelessness, will kick off the fundraiser at Just Jake’s, 30 Park Street, at 6:30 p.m. It will include live music, dinner, a cash bar and basket raffles, organizers said.
The event aims to raise funds to support MESH’s services providing meals and emergency shelter for Montclair’s unhoused, and help bring attention to their ongoing need. Learn more or purchase a ticket here. Learn more about MESH here.

According to a news release from the nonprofit:
“MESH works closely with many local faith organizations and donors throughout the year to shelter and feed the community. We hope this event will continue to build community with MESH’s partners, donors, community officials and leaders, and others who wish to get involved with MESH.”
“We hope to engage the community in our efforts to support our unhoused and food insecure neighbors,” MESH board member Carly Pisano-Annicchiarico said.

“Raising funds and awareness for this community is crucial to providing the help they need,” Pisano-Annicchiarico added.
