Famed Magician Michael Carbonaro Coming To Montclair

MONTCLAIR, NJ — Magician and prankster Michael Carbonaro will be appearing at the Wellmont Theater in Montclair on Thursday, May 2.

According to a news release from the Wellmont Theater, Carbonaro - the personality behind “The Carbonaro Effect” on truTV - has been featured in television series including “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” and “CSI Miami,” and has showcased a series of hidden-camera bits on “The Tonight Show.”

He is the Academy of Magical Arts’ 2015 “Magician of the Year,” and has received the Copperfield Prize.

The Wellmont Theater is located at 5 Seymour Street in Montclair.
