Little Daisy Bake Shop Expands Its Offerings

With that Watchung Plaza Home and ColorStoryHome are both closing up shop, it's great to hear about a Montclair business that is staying busy and actually expanding its offerings.

This month, Jennifer Snyder, owner of in Upper Montclair, said she is introducing new items and doing a "flavor of the week." On offer this week, for example, is the much-requested bran muffin and also blueberry scones. Next week the popular store will offer a new whoopie pie flavor and a new kind of scone.

"We're also introducing cinnamon rolls sometime this month," she said.

In addition, Snyder said the bakery has developed a loyal following for on the weekends and so will most likely be offering this item again in the future.

And also coming up: the Super Bowl on Feb. 5 when Little Daisy will offer football cookies on sale representing both teams.

"We'll also do special cupcakes and cakes and don't forget whoopie pies for the big event!" Snyder said.
